Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery for regular orders typically takes 3 to 10 working days, depending on stock availability and shipping location.
- For corporate or special orders, delivery may take longer based on the factory’s workload. Customers will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline upon order confirmation.
- Delivery dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Method:
- For orders within Dhaka city, we provide home delivery and free assembly, using either our own or third-party transport services.
- For orders outside Dhaka city, we offer door-to-door delivery via a partner courier service. In such cases, self-assembly is required, but we can offer video call assistance for assembly if needed.
1. One-Year Service Warranty: provides a 12-month service warranty for material, spare parts and any kind of manufacturing faults.
2. Five Years Service Warranty: For wood louse (Ghun) attack, Wood crack or band issue
N.B: The following service warranty will be applied after an analysis of the actual scenario by assuring our customer care of Paharika Furniture. Out of the above conditions, Paharika Furniture will provide service on a payment basis.
Requirement for a valid return:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions are met (mentioned below)
Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:
- Delivery of wrong product.
- Delivery of defective product.
- Delivery of the products with missing parts.
- Incorrect content / misinformation
N.B: Product Fabric may not be same due to unavailability of the fabric which is in the image on web.
Return / Replacement warranty may not apply in any of the following conditions:
- Damaged due to misuse of product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
- Products customized of Fabric / Rexine or design.
- Damaged by wet floor / wall or pouring of liquid.
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
